PROCESS-BASED KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION STAGE IN PROJECT
The work described in this paper is related to identification and development of processed-based Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for use as process management tools to control the construction stage of a project. Literature and interviews with experts were used for this purpose. As s result of this four KPIs were selected as being most relevant for the controlling the processes within the construction stage. The control issues within these KPIs were also identified and selected. Analysis of the information collected from the interviews is discussed and conclusions are drawn.
