THE DETERMINATION of REST AREA ALONG TOLL ROAD OPTIMALITY
Abstract
Rest area as an infrastructure in side of toll road has a function as a place for taking a rest for a while to drivers and vehicles. As a place for taking a rest for a while to driver and vehicles is a way to reduce the impact of traffic accident. Analysis of optimum point on traffic accident data is a focus on this paper. The parabolic equation is a equation which can be used to create the optimum point in interval of data. This paper is written to make a description that analysis of optimum point in traffic accident data can be used as a tool for creating the policy in Traffic Safety Management, including the determination of rest area along toll road.
